"Nice items, but I’m not sure the shipping was worth it"
I ordered from John Derian the stuff itself was really nice. The delivery wasn’t awful or anything, but it felt a little inconsistent. The tracking didn’t update until late, and the box showed up a few days after the original estimated date. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the shipping cost, I thought it would be a bit smoother. Everything was packed well once it arrived, so I can’t really complain too much. Just not sure if I’d rush to order again unless I wasn’t in a hurry.

"Really nice craftsmanship"
I ordered this from johnderian.com i keep wondering if I’m just being too impressed by it, but it really does feel beautifully made. The details look like someone actually took their time with it, not like something that was just cranked out. It even looked better in person than I expected. I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy again.

The colors looked pretty much like the photos, which was a nice surprise since product pictures can be a little misleading sometimes.

The site looks good overall, and I did end up finding what I needed, but some pages took a while to load for me. The mobile menu was also a bit confusing at first, like I wasn’t totally sure where to... yeah, it could be smoother.

I had an issue with my order and support took a while to get back to me. Even after all the back and forth, it still didn’t feel properly sorted out. I felt like I was the one constantly chasing them, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It all felt avoidable.

I got a small tray as a gift it looked really nice. Shipping was fine, not super quick, but not terrible either. A few things feel a little pricey for what they are, but if you’re looking for something a bit different, it’s a nice option.

"Beautiful, artsy pieces that feel special"
I really enjoyed browsing johnderian.com. The pieces have this creative, old-school handmade feel without coming across as too fancy or overdone. I spent longer than I meant to just clicking around and looking at all the colors and patterns. The site itself was easy enough to use, which I appreciate. Some of the prices are definitely on the higher side, and I do think brands should be mindful about keeping beautiful design somewhat accessible, but I can also see the care and artistry in the pieces. That’s what really drew me in

"Pretty nice, just not totally perfect"
Really design and it does feel kinda special in person, but the quality was just okay for what it cost. One piece had a little mark on it, which was a bit annoying. I’m still keeping it tho, just wish it was a tad better.

The item itself looked really cool, but the packaging was disappointing. As someone who actually cares about presentation and likes keeping things in good shape, it was frustrating to see the box arrive crushed with barely any padding. One corner was bent too, which wasn’t what I expected

My order was mostly correct, but one of the prints wasn’t the one I ordered. Normally I could deal with a small mix-up, but it showed up at the worst time because I needed everything ready by then. Frustrating when you’re counting on the order being right

"Checkout worked, but felt a little clunky"
Ordering from johnderian.com was mostly fine, but the checkout process felt slower than it needed to be. A couple pages took a while to load, and having to double-check my shipping info more than once felt kind of unnecessary.
My payment did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue. It just wasn’t the smoothest checkout experience, though I wouldn’t say it was terrible either.
